These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AgentDesk, a self-hosted AI agent management platform available at agentdesk.tpresearcher.online. By using AgentDesk, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

AgentDesk is a self-hosted software platform that allows you to create, configure, and manage AI agents. These agents can integrate with third-party services — including Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Slides), Notion, and Telegram — to perform automated tasks on your behalf.

2. Account and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your AgentDesk instance, including your login credentials and any API keys or tokens stored within it.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use AgentDesk.

3. Third-Party Integrations

AgentDesk connects to third-party services through their official APIs. When you enable an integration:

• You authorize AgentDesk to access the specific services and scopes you approve during the OAuth consent flow.
• You are responsible for reviewing the permissions requested and understanding what data the agents will access.
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in AgentDesk settings or from the third-party service's account permissions page.

AgentDesk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Notion, Telegram, or any other third-party service provider.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AgentDesk to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited communications through connected email accounts.
• Access third-party services in a manner that violates their terms of service.
• Exceed API rate limits or abuse third-party service quotas.
• Store, process, or transmit malicious software or content.

5. Your Data

AgentDesk is self-hosted. You own and control all data stored on your instance, including:

• Agent configurations and conversation logs.
• OAuth tokens and credentials (stored encrypted).
• Files and documents generated by agents.

We do not have access to your self-hosted instance or the data stored within it. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

6. AI-Generated Content

Agents powered by AgentDesk use AI models to generate responses, draft emails, create documents, and perform other tasks. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is sent or published through connected services.
• AgentDesk is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AgentDesk is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that AgentDesk will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentDesk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentDesk and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AgentDesk after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
